Over the three days from August 2 to August 4, 2010, we held a private sector teacher training program for five elementary school teachers in City of Yokohama. The training, organized by the Japan Institute for Social and Economic Affairs, focused on the key idea of “communication with society and the business world”. As part of this year's training, we led presentations on WOWOW's entertainment and subscription businesses, and also provided training on phone manners at a customer center. And on the last day, we held a cross-industry social event with the teachers, giving participants the chance to exchange opinions on education and entertainment in a convivial atmosphere.
